PM receives ADB Vice President

Mr. Bouasone Bouphavanh, Prime Minister of the Lao PDR, received at his office in Vientiane on 23 August a courtesy visit of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Vice-President C. Lawrence Greenwood.
ADB vice president C. Lawrence Greenwood and his delegation arrived in Vientiane on 21 August on a short-working visit to Laos where he has visited a number of ADB supported projects.
At the talks, PM Bouasone Bouphavanh praised and highly valued the visit to Laos of ADB vice president C. Lawrence Greenwood as big contributions to further strengthening the relation and co-operation between Laos and ADB.
PM Bouasone also expressed thanks to the ADB for its support and assistance for the social-economic development in Laos during the past and present time.
On this occasion, Mr. C. Lawrence Greenwood expressed thanks to PM Bouasone for his warm welcome and confirmed that he would do his
utmost to enhance the relation and co-operation between Laos and ADB.
